Responsible use of AIVORA

This Acceptable Use Policy explains the activities that are not permitted when accessing or using AIVORA services, accounts, API credentials, prepaid API Credits, or related platform features.

Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of AIVORA websites, digital services, accounts, API access, developer tools, prepaid API Credits, and other platform features.

You must use AIVORA responsibly, lawfully, and in accordance with our Terms of Service and applicable law.

You are also responsible for activity performed using your account or API credentials.

Illegal Activity

You may not use AIVORA to conduct, facilitate, promote, or materially assist activities that violate applicable law.

Fraud, Impersonation and Deception

AIVORA may not be used to facilitate fraud, deceptive practices, impersonation, identity theft, or deliberate misrepresentation.

Prohibited examples

This includes phishing, fraudulent communications, unauthorized impersonation, deceptive payment activity, falsified identity information, and attempts to obtain money, credentials, or property through deception.

Security Abuse and Unauthorized Access

You may not use AIVORA to compromise, disrupt, damage, probe, or gain unauthorized access to systems, networks, accounts, applications, or data.

Accessing systems, accounts, or data without permission.

02 Credential Theft

Obtaining or using passwords, tokens, keys, or authentication information without authorization.

03 Service Disruption

Intentionally interfering with the availability or operation of services.

04 Unauthorized Testing

Security testing against third-party systems without appropriate authorization.

Malware and Malicious Activity

You may not use AIVORA to create, distribute, deploy, or facilitate malicious software or harmful technical activity.

This includes intentionally harmful malware, credential-stealing software, ransomware, destructive payloads, botnets, or other software designed primarily to compromise or damage systems without authorization.

Platform Abuse and Circumvention

You may not attempt to bypass or interfere with AIVORA security controls, usage limits, billing controls, rate limits, account restrictions, or technical safeguards.

API Credentials and Account Security

When API functionality becomes available, API keys and other authentication credentials must be protected against unauthorized access.

You may not intentionally publish, sell, distribute, or expose AIVORA API credentials for unauthorized use.

Suspected compromise

If you believe your account or API credentials have been compromised, contact AIVORA and revoke or rotate affected credentials as soon as the relevant account functionality permits.

Spam and Abusive Automation

You may not use AIVORA for unsolicited bulk messaging, abusive automated activity, artificial traffic generation, or other activity intended to manipulate third-party systems or metrics.

Automated use must respect applicable laws, authorization requirements, third-party terms, and reasonable technical limits.

Third-Party Rights

You may not use AIVORA in a manner that knowingly infringes or misappropriates intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other legal rights of third parties.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions for data, content, prompts, files, or other materials you submit through AIVORA services.

Responsible AI Usage

AI services may produce inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or inappropriate outputs. Customers are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them or using them in consequential applications.

You must not intentionally use AIVORA services to facilitate unlawful harm or to evade restrictions imposed by AIVORA or applicable upstream service providers.

Responsible AI

Review before you use.

AI-generated content should be appropriately reviewed before publication, deployment, or use in decisions that could materially affect other people.

Payment and Credit Abuse

You may not abuse AIVORA payment systems, promotional programs, API Credits, refunds, or service plans.

× Deliberate chargeback abuse
× Manipulation of Credits or balances
× Repeated abuse of promotions
× Resale of non-transferable Credits

Enforcement

If we reasonably believe that activity violates this policy, our Terms of Service, applicable law, or creates material security or fraud risk, we may take proportionate action.

Review potentially abusive activity.

02 Restrict

Apply reasonable usage or security restrictions.

03 Suspend

Temporarily suspend affected access where necessary.

04 Terminate

Terminate access for serious or repeated violations.

Where appropriate, we may request additional information or provide an opportunity to address the issue.

Reporting Abuse

If you believe AIVORA services are being used in violation of this policy, please contact us with sufficient information to review the report.
