These Terms govern access to and use of AIVORA services, digital products, API Credits, service plans and future developer API access.

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of AIVORA services, websites, digital products, prepaid API Credits, service plans, and related platform features.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, purchasing, registering for, or using AIVORA services, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced in them.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the AIVORA platform or purchase AIVORA services.

AIVORA is operated by Ali Cloud LLC.

AIVORA Services

AIVORA provides or is developing software and digital services designed to help customers access, manage, and use eligible AI-related services.

Services may include prepaid API Credits, fixed-term service plans, account tools, model information, developer documentation, and API access when available.

Service availability

Certain AIVORA features, including production API access, may not yet be generally available and may be introduced gradually.

Accounts

Some AIVORA services may require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and keeping your account information current.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activity performed through your account.

Maintain accurate account information.
Protect passwords and API credentials.
Notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
Use the account only in accordance with these Terms.

AIVORA API Credits

AIVORA Credits are prepaid service credits that may be used only for eligible services offered through the AIVORA platform.

01 No cash value

Credits are service credits and are not money, currency, stored value, or a bank account balance.

02 Non-transferable

Credits may not be sold, transferred, exchanged, or assigned except where expressly permitted.

03 No cash redemption

Credits cannot be redeemed for cash or withdrawn from the AIVORA platform.

04 Usage-based deduction

Eligible usage may deduct Credits based on the applicable published service or model rate.

Refunds relating to unused Credits are governed by our Refund Policy.

Service Plans

AIVORA may offer fixed-term service plans that include platform features, service access, and/or included API Credits.

Unless a checkout page clearly states otherwise, current AIVORA plans are fixed-term services and do not automatically renew.

Payments and Billing

Prices displayed at checkout are the prices applicable to that purchase, excluding any taxes or fees that may be added where required.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. By submitting a payment, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and to pay all valid charges associated with your purchase.

API Access and Credentials

When production API access becomes available, customers may receive or generate API credentials for authorized use of AIVORA services.

API keys must be treated as confidential credentials. You may not publish, share publicly, resell, or intentionally expose API keys.

API security

API credentials should not be embedded in publicly accessible client-side source code, public repositories, or other locations where unauthorized parties can access them.

We may apply rate limits, usage limits, security controls, or other technical restrictions to API access.

Third-Party AI Services

Some AIVORA services may enable access to or interaction with technology, models, software, or infrastructure provided by third parties.

Availability, performance, capabilities, pricing, limits, and technical characteristics of third-party services may change.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, references to third-party companies, model names, products, or trademarks do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation with AIVORA.

Acceptable Use

You may not use AIVORA services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized activity.

You must comply with applicable laws and with our Acceptable Use Policy.

Customer Content and Inputs

You are responsible for content, data, instructions, files, prompts, and other materials you submit through AIVORA services.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit and use such materials.

You must not submit content that violates applicable law, infringes third-party rights, or violates these Terms.

Intellectual Property

The AIVORA website, platform design, software, documentation, branding, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Ali Cloud LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of AIVORA intellectual property to customers.

Third-party trademarks, model names, and product names remain the property of their respective owners.

Suspension and Service Restrictions

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the platform, investigate abuse, prevent fraud, comply with law, enforce these Terms, or address security or payment risks.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Service Availability and Changes

AIVORA services may evolve over time. We may add, change, limit, replace, or discontinue features, supported models, integrations, or technical capabilities.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Developer preview

Features described before production launch may be modified before becoming generally available.

AI Output and Service Disclaimers

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, unexpected, or unsuitable for a particular purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding whether and how they should be used.

AIVORA services should not be treated as a substitute for qualified professional advice where professional judgment is required.

To the extent permitted by law, services are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AIVORA and Ali Cloud LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Any specific limitation of liability applicable to your purchase may also be subject to mandatory consumer or commercial laws in your jurisdiction.

Termination

You may stop using AIVORA services at any time.

We may terminate or restrict access where permitted by law if you materially violate these Terms, engage in fraud or abuse, create security risks, or fail to pay valid charges.

Refund eligibility following termination remains subject to the Refund Policy and applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as the AIVORA platform, legal requirements, or business practices change.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
